Age ancient problem with letters order!When you phone your supplier ask for a return voucher,they should know how to do this for a customer.
Do not forget to state the reason for return.
If they keep trying in getting it wrong ask for a credit.
I would write to the Managing Director by record delivery, state your complaint and ask for a full repayment of your postage costs. The MD will pass your notification to a minion to reply, but he will not be pleased with a customer complaint. The error be theirs, twice, and you shouldn't have to suffer the cost of returning an item clearly wrongly sent.
OR: alternatively, telephone the company and ask for the term of their MD. You will be asked why you want it. You will say you own a serious complaint regarding their company and its treatment of a customer. They will be reluctant to make available you his name and will ask a senior overseer to speak to you. If this is not satisfactory to you, insist on the christen of the MD. You will probably find that your costs are refunded directly. This usually works.
