I don't use them any more. I found out the complicated way that if they resolve something you are buying or selling is adult within nature, they'll take your funds and hold them for 6 months.

I haven't used paypal in a long time, but I did while I be selling items on ebay. I was protected within that all claims be investigagted by paypal authorities. They don't just credit a buyer who submitts a claim. If you are selling items label sure you have a broadsheet trail of what you do to aid in protecting yourself. I own had no existing problems with using paypal and prefer the service over others.

I've had a unpromising experience with PayPal. It be related to an eBay scammer who never delivered the commodities I'd paid for. I figure that PayPal is claiming to offer "Purchase Protection" so I'm worthy. Just like using a credit card. Fortunately, I had the foresight to use a credit card to fund the PayPal transaction, so where on earth PayPal failed me, Capital One come to the rescue.
