I really like it! My local one contained by Swansea is very relaxing and contained by a lovely old building (used to be a theatre). It have a very widespread range of books and the staff are exceptionally experienced and helpful. What I resembling about W'Stones is that they enjoy a section of books chosen as favourites by the staff and they've adjectives written their reviews on them. It adds a personal touch and give me inspiration.
I think the staff are friendly and knowledgable adequate...I shop there frequently and chew over its ok !!
Genereally i find the store to be well stocked and it's comfortable to order tiltles that are unattainable at the time.

I similar to Waterstones - it feels more resembling a library than a bookstore to me. You get disappeared in peace to browse for hours and hours if you approaching and the variety of books is brilliant.
I close to it in at hand. The stores always own a really relaxing atmosphere and many of them in a minute even have a "Costa Coffee" store inside them.
Their book inspection is the best on the high street and the staff are well-versed.
I like it in that. The store looks inviting and I like the offer coming up to Xmas and Easter. The staff usually know what I'm talking almost and can direct me the right way unlike other stores where on earth I've asked for a certain book but can't remember the title or author and I'm met near a blank look and an awkward excuse that means, 'Why did you ask me, I want to pretend I'm not here'.
