1) Go to work for a developer for a while
2) Classes in existing estate. A number of business programs across the country have courses surrounded by real estate, and nouns. If you want more of a cursory look, figure out what books they are using for their first concrete estate course, buy and read them.
3) Contact industry associations. ULI (Urban land institute) and ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) come to mind for us. However, I don't know how much use they are lacking a membership.
4) Local meeting...the ones I'm aware of locally are held by organizations such as ULI and local brokers. If you can draw from into those, you may be able to pick the brain of some developers, and they can bring up to date you what the next step would be.
That's a start...hopefully you bring back more ideas.
I wasn't sure if you be looking for residential or commercial development, but a well brought-up starting point if you are interested in the investment aspects of the residential side of things is The ABC's of Real Estate Investing.
While to be sure not a one-stop solution, this would be a good primer on the subject. In my inference it offers some intensely good information beyond the usual bare-bones "find a cheap house and resell it" approach taken by most of accounts I have one-sidedly read about definite estate investment. All the line items above shareholders equity portion of the set off sheet is debt. Therefore notes payable and accounts payable are member of the firms total debt.
Current debt (short-term) is any debt with expressions < 1 year. So if the average term of summary payable is less than a year, consequently it should be part of the Current Debt computation.
Note: Creditor or suppliers customarily extend credit (AP) to business on 30 - 90 terms.

Your observations more or less everything in USA individual costly is superficial. Settle down properly, observe the wage level , compare them with wages for corresponding level in India, determine the purchase power of those wages and after arrive at what products or crops are costlier than in India. For Example. a day by day wage level of two dollars is poverty rank in USA, but it will support a home of two above poverty line contained by India. I think Wheat and Petroleum products contained by US are cheaper by the yardstick I gave above. You will be surprised to find more such cases.

They are having their US customers transport me their payments, at which point I deduct 10% for myself and afterwards wire the rest to them. I be able to find their webpage, it's Danish. It lately seems for a moment fishy to me, especially since they have but to give me an narrative to transfer the funds to but I own already received my first check.
