the single thing that i can muse of is if you leave the solitary place you could honestly go near only $20 is to a shelter. alot of shelters will allow you to stay 2wks to 30 days but if you relay them that you are willing to upgrade yourself by getting a job as long as you are working they tend to be a bit more feeling like to let you stay longer untill you hold enough to obtain into a place. another thing you could do if your not surrounded by a BIG hurry is apply for low income housing and wait untill you are approved or recount them that your homeless and they may speed up the process. but i would suggest the shelter first cause at smallest they will feed you and yes in attendance may be some "odd" characters but stay to yourself and they will leave you alone.

You can, through Vonage, register an address that will be given to your local 911 operator if you hail as 911, but this is only dutiful until you do the great thing just about Vonage - pick up your telephone adapter and pocket it with you.
