I just get a phone call from a woman that said we would be having our phone bill reduced because phone less than 500 long distance minutes a month and said my $9.99 charge would singular be $2.50, and that the only entry she needed to know was who my long distance haulier was, I said if they be charging for my long distance bill, they should know who my carrier be, and so she said "well I dont want you to waist my time because here are lots of people who want to carry a lower monthly charge" and hung up on me Was I just scammed, or did I craft a bad mistake?

This is my first time using UPS. I was trying to demand supplies, forms to send a box by ground service. Does anyone know what form I need to crowd out to get it sent by ground. They merely have Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3rd Day Air, etc. I can't find a UPS ground form to stuff out. What is the process to send something by Ground Service. They don't explain how to do it. Unless you do it online. I only just want to order boxes and forms to dispatch by ground. HELLLLLLPPPPPP!
