It might not be worth it. Yes it is cheap for sure (I introduction from India and use sea freight). Try DHL or look into small freight companies from where on earth you want to ship out ofbut 15pounds sounds too light for that. I usually own a 100 pounds or more. That's when I think most companies consider it freight. Try going to alibaba.com and posting on a forum at hand.. it's international and you might get a better answer!
