This is definitely a scam. I used to work for a focal bank for 4 years and I saw a bunch of these. There are a couple of demonstrable signs with these.
The first, and most open is, do you remember entering a drawing of some sort? Nobody automatically enters you into a drawing, you first hold to agree to all the lingo of the lottery.
Second, most of these e-mails will have tactless use of the English language or plain spelling errors. Your e-mail in the 3rd paragraph from the bottom say "Winners are advice..." instead of "advised". If this be an official multimillion lottery, near would be no oversights like this, ever.
