Paypal sided with him after he file a police report and asked him to send it vertebrae. Sure enough, he sent wager on a $100 item. My friend mailed the money rear to me and I returned to her what was sent spinal column. She swears that she sent the $400 but can't be 100% sure because she never opened the box. Anyway, several months then...paypal decides to donate the money back to me because the buyer be impatient and filed a credit card chargeback. but because i mail to a confirmed address, I'm protected from the chargeback. Wait it out for a little bit. Let your friend know what is going on, but hold onto it beforehand it's decided.

Your friend have a terrible business if he sent a $100 item instead of a $400 item though. He requirements some serious lessons surrounded by business 101. If you're acting as the seller on Ebay, you have need of to have a serious natter with your friend because his mistakes are costing YOU.
No. Paypal is more reliable. I can pass you a link that deal with Payapl & Ebay transactions through Paypal. PayPal is one of the most popular online money verbs systems widely used for online auctions, pay to surf programs, e-books and purchase of low pro goods.
