I took a loan out with this company and when i lost my work in January be unable to settle up my direct debit, I contacted them and they were unbelieveably rude and afterwards hung up on me, I received a letter from them a few days ago to read aloud that they could cut my monthly payment to lb20, I call them today to see how to set this up and they said that I needed to pay them lb40 to set this up, I explained I didnt own this but could pay the lb20 per month and they (once again be v rude) and said that I obviosuly had no intention of paying them, I said again that I be willing to repay the lb20 and they said that all I have done was ring up them for a baragain and that I didnt have any intentions of paying, they after wanted a breakdown of why I couldnt wages the lb40 to set it up, when I explained I literllay couldnt afford it they said they didnt beleive me and then said they would only just take it to court and balcklist me after hung up on me??
