B, LIFO. Last In First Out. If you have a pretty biddable supply of inventory, then just the latest is used and the oldest costs will stay contained by the stack for quite a bit.
Let's vote at time 1, the cost is 10. At time 2, the cost is 20. At time 3, the cost is 30. At time 3, we sell 2 of the unit.
