There are a LOT of people who is unpunctually with bills although they do deny it.I can plead guilty I am behind on some payments as the holidays are other so hard on my husband and I but we do intend on getting slowed down.
Bill Collectors can call you up from 8am-6pm or then Mon-Saturday (with the exemption of Sunday and Holidays) and they have the permissible rights to call to collect expense.I know it is a pain within the @$$ but my advice is do not trailer void them.Explain to them that you are aware of person behind and you will formulate the payment whenever you hold the funds but do not guarantee a date for bill collectors to receive payment as they can contact you stern on that date to collect funds as usualy things do happen that you don't hold money to make the wage.Tell them you will contact them back when you own funds and make sure you carry a confirmation of payment preferably by post or telephone.
If they ring more than 1 time per day such as every hour,You hold a right to make a complaint to their superior or supervisor.Don't be irate with the customer service representative as they are doing their employment but instruct them that you had a phone phone up earlier and you be aware of the past due bill.They will usualy flaw it down as already called.
Pay your bills and you won't enjoy that problem.

The smart thing to do is, cal them right away. Make arrangements for smaller payments etc.. They similar to it when you seem concerned, and try to work something out.

I say her claim have no legal legitimacy. It's a promotion if you market it as 3 for $12. Either route, if you're the retailer... youre the one in charge. I importantly doubt anybody would make a vicious lawsuit threat over a few pairs of socks.
Common courtesy technique you should treat the customer as your boss... otherwise, they could take this claim and making some disagreeable public relations out of it. If I were surrounded by your position, I'd just be upfront and communicate the customer that this can't be done... apologize, move on.
