This study aims to examine the relationship between a franchisor's use of different types of persuasive communication to influence its franchisees and franchisee perception of conflict in the franchise relationship.
Design/methodology/approach – Multiple regression analysis of survey background collected from franchisees of a US-based franchise system.
Findings – Data analysis indicates that a franchisor's use of requests, threats, and legalistic pleas is positively related to conflict in the franchisor-franchisee relationship. These relationships are not moderated by franchisee dependence. Franchisee dependence, does however, negatively moderate the relationship between the franchisor's use of recommendation and conflict. The franchisor's use of information exchange and promises and conflict are not related. The results suggest that business format franchisors should use information exchange and promises and restrain from using requests, threats, and legalistic pleas to influence their franchisees. Recommendations should be used to influence franchisees who are highly dependent on the franchisor.
Research limitations/implications – Future research should endorse the findings of this study using data collected from business format franchisees contained by different cultural environments.
Originality/value – This is the first empirical study to examine the relationship between a franchisor's use of different types of persuasive communication and conflict in the business format franchise setting.

Brother of extortion.?

Question:

I thought I get all of my credit away from him but he still come up with another Wells Fargo card contained by which he ran up another $20,000+ earlier they contacted me and told me I was gauranteor. He told me he would preserve up the payments on the trailer and the computer, but has messed up several times, putting my credit score on the stripe. Now he has the trailer hide, and finding him is tough in the state of Texas. Caan and Abel comes to mind

Answer:
File a no responsibility for debt
on him at the local court, including the describe of your business. (If the computer is not used for the business, it be not to be charged to the business.) Yes, this is fraud as far as I'm concerned. Good luck
in recovering your loss. (I'd see a advocate also.)
Sad to say, he's shown his true colors. Accepting his promise to sort the payments was one spot you go wrong. By allowing him to benefit in any mode from his illegal endeavours is in a sense condoning them and setting yourself up for the subsequent "con". Consult an attorney and learn roughly speaking tough love. Sometimes saying no to wrong behavior is a sign of love. Better than murder anyway don't you infer?

What are pros & cons of paying overtime?

Question:
We have a serious shortage of "subs" to teem day to daylight staff shortages, yet the powers that be verbs to complain about the overtime problem. Please rationalize this for presentation to boss.

Answer:
Well, since overtime is time and a partly, you would be paying a lot more, especially to benefitted and senior staff than by hiring more unpaid unbenefitted subs.
The only authentic pros to using overtime is to not have to hire more full-time benefitted staff and not to hold to spend time training new those (even subs).
The cons would be paying out the nose up front and burning out your personnel faster.
really need a moment or two more info, what kind of buisness? one dominance to paying overtime is that you usually have matching people so more continuity. Usually difficult in expereince, know the company better
If a worker is working 40+ hours/week, then BY LAW they want to be paid overtime. You can detail the workers not to work any OT, but then you may be face with trying to join deadlines. Your miserably dealing with a amazingly fine problem between profit and losses.

Carbon copying, normally abbreviated to c.c., was originally the technique of using carbon article to produce one or more copies simultaneously with the creation of composition documents. On an old-fashioned typewriter, this would be done by placing carbon serious newspaper sheets between two or more sheets of paper contained by the machine, so that anything was typed on the front sheet be copied onto the other sheets. This technique applies to written documents as well.

This practice decline with the advent of photocopying and other electronic funds, although it is still used, for example, in instruction book receipt books which own a multiple-use sheet of carbon paper supplied, contained by order that the user can preserve an exact copy of each account issued.

The term CC have found renewed use with the growth of the internet. Its purpose is similar even though its carrying out has changed.

In e-mail, the contraction CC refers to the practice of sending a message as a "carbon copy" or "courtesy copy". That is, the receiver is not expected to reply (although they may, of course). Typically, supervisory personnel are notify with CC.

Contrary to popular belief, CC is not expected for sending multiple copies, at least, not specially. It is a perfectly lawful practice to populate the To: field near several addresses.

In common usage, To area recipients are the primary audience of the message, CC enclosed space recipients are others whom the author wishes to publicly inform of the message, and BCC pasture recipients are those surreptitiously mortal informed of the communication.

Can a credit card company sue a cardholder?

Question:

Answer:
eventually, yes. first you will get a epistle from a debt collectors agency demanding you pay or consequently there will be court problems.the credit card company will turn to the debt collectors after several notice from the company to you go overlooked. it will ruin your credit big time and you will likely be rejected for credit cards within the future if the credit company go after you like that.
depends on how much you owe them, it costs the company seriously of money to sue you. so if you owe like 30k likelihood are theyll sue to get it, but i owe credit companies and i never get sued.
It depends on where you live. In most states they can individual do that at a last resort to getting their money from you. If your asking if they can go and get a judgment from you and give somebody a lift money out of your pay check next in some places yes, but most no. I live within WA and here they can do that.

I hold a 1930 Buffalo go before nickel that have the word "copy" printed contained by raise correspondence on the director of the Indian

Question:
Is this coin worth more than five cents?

Answer:
if it has copy stamped on it which channel its a replica, and pretty much worthless. sorry.
It sounds like it might be worth smaller amount, actually.
This would depend on where on earth it was minted.
During the 1920s, as a result of the massive World War I coinages, nearby was decrease demand for coins of adjectives kinds—and the nickel was no exception. No nickels be struck in 1922, and even the 1921-S is a totally scarce coin; only 1.6 million be produced. In About Uncirculated–50, one can expect to pay surrounded by the vicinity of $850 to $900 for this coin.

Buffalo nickels of the 1920s repeatedly are found poorly struck. Apparently, Mint technicians were ordered to breed dies last as long as possible contained by order to retrieve money. For this reason, the obverse and reverse dies be set a bit further apart than usual and many anodyne strikes resulted. Well-struck Buffalo nickels of some issues (such as the 1925–D) are very difficult to locate.

The strong reduction of the late 1920s created a mini-boom within nickel coinage. For that reason, the collector can efficiently obtain most date-and-mint combinations in need a great deal of expense. Some can be purchased for as little as $5 contained by XF- 40.

The advent of the Great Depression put a sudden damper on the coinage of nickels. The only such coinage from 1931 through 1933 be a small striking of 1.2 million pieces at San Francisco in 1931. But these be heavily saved by collectors and dealer, and today the 1931-S brings a very nominal price (about $24 contained by AU-50), considering its rarity. By a quirk of fate, the number of nickels struck at San Francisco within 1931 was larger than would hold otherwise been the overnight case. In the latter part of the year the Bureau of the Mint notify San Francisco officials that not plenty pieces had be made and the last few weeks of the year should see a better rate of coinage for this denomination. The Bureau was concerned that collectors would complain if too few be produced!
i have to articulate that in my expert view that when it's all calculated into the reason of doubt...nope

Is it better to shift to a authentic state broker or to company directly??

Question:
I'm asking cause broker's work on commision, and I know that some companies retribution higher commision than others so am I going to be getting a better agreement than going direct?

Answer:
If you have a accurate broker--qualified and working specifically within the monarchy of your purchase, you're better off. For instance, don't hire a residential broker for a commercial investment transaction. Qualified brokers can free you time and money--our most important assetts. They can also insist on for or against something based on the marketplace and assessment of the asset. You will end up paying for the broker but within the end, you'll be glad you did.

Good luck.
Typically brokers generate 6% on real estate transactions, typically remunerated by the seller. If you know unadulterated estate and/or are comfortable with a great deal of details and complexities, you can try your hand at going direct and negotiate the lingo of the sale, but if you're resembling me, and don't know too much about solid estate and get lost within the details, the broker can provide a real service. As a broad rule of thumb, you want to find someone who is reputable, trustworthy, and looks out for your best interest.

What is the pressure of souk helpfulness??

Question:
Can anyone please help me near this question?

Answer:
If you are conversation about the stock open market...

Market efficiency guess talks around the speed and dispersion of market information.

Perfect flea market efficiency is that every body have every bit public information instantaneously and uniformly. The idea is that it is impossible to give somebody a lift advantage of unsullied information that is already public because somebody else have already taken advantage of the information and as a result price into the market.

This compares to the "inefficient market" whereby information does not spread swiftly or uniformly and therefore profit via information ownership is graceful. This has be proven false in the context of a modern stock marketplace.

The efficient marketplace theory have been tested by Fama & French, Miller & Modigliani and the other guys who grace the spines of my nouns books that I've been forced to read for just about a decade. Their tests showed that the souk was, surprise-surprise, somewhere contained by between - the "semi-efficient market".

If you are not talking roughly speaking the stock market and you are basically talking in the order of general open market efficiency, later...

Market efficiency is significant in that it creates more productivity and smaller amount cost to the system. Markets exist to try and exchange goods and service of the untouchable utility at the lowest cost.

Efficiency improve production by allowing suppliers the competency to deliver more goods and services to the bazaar. Efficiency helps drain trading frictions and increases competition to create lower prices, better quality and sophisticated availability to consumers. Efficiency also helps reduce risk - which affects productivity and costs over time.

Risk is the inherent enemy of market. Risk can come in copious forms - from physical risks (e.g. war, capacity to deliver, availability and quality of infrastructure), financial risks (e.g. stability of the underlying financial infrastructures, volatility of currency, inflation) and political risks (e.g. that the law are upheld, that politicians do not co-opt the markets on a whim).

What is a pound of nickles, penny and dimes worth?

Question:
like i hear that they are worth more by the pound if you trade them in be can i get the exact mount of what respectively one is made so i can calculate?

Answer:
Before partially way into 1982 be 87 .5% copper and 12.5% zink. After that, they were changed to 97.5% zinc and their counterbalance was reduced to 2.5 grams from 3.11 grams. Only the outside surrounded by now copper the interior containes almost one tenth of one percent.

Nickels have remained just about the same composition since 1866 except during the period of war they are 5 grams and mostly copper at 75%.

Dimes are 91.67% Copper and 8.33% Nickel with a copper nickel core the nickel is used for the silverlike look. They weigh 2.27 grams.

In vocabulary of cashing them in for speck value, a pound is 453.59 grams so you can do the math. Just after our rework changed from silver to copper clad, the Bearou of Minting made it illegal to soften the silver coins which on the open silver speckled especailly oversees was masses times over face, so various illegal smelting operation were contained by existence. That ban which be legally binding (it be only a policy and never a law) solitary lasted for two years contained by the late sixties to my scholarship has just recently be enacted again but am not sure. It doubtfull wheather permitted or not, that you would get anyone of a mind to trade them in furthermore, if they be you doubtfully get even frontage value. Much of what you are refering such as a nickel costs 8 cents is also the stamping process and getting the crude materials into usable form, the metal price and especially resmelting price is probobly not over face or is merely marginally, and scrap price would be very well below.
a pound of nickels,a pound of pennies and a pound of dimes is 3 pounds ...lol
I do believe you heard immensely, very wrong information. It's importantly illegal to go currency for a value save for the stated value on the coin or weekly. The exception to this is collectible coins and paper money.

I'd merely get myself a zipper sandwich baggie and put a pound of coins surrounded by there, set it on the bathroom level to see for sure that it is a pound, then pour it out and count it.
count them
none of the American coins are the untested metal anymore--so that's sort of a myth.

Pennies used to be all copper, but are very soon mostly zinc because they would be worth more than one cent if they were still 100% copper.
Nickels are a copper-nickel alloy, but they be once 100% nickel, and would be worth more than 5 cents if not made beside alloys.
Dimes used to be silver, but now are a copper-nickel-silver alloy, so they aren't slickly convertible to pure metals...
go for a pound of dollar bills!
Nope, you cannot put on the market legal tender for bit.

A pound of coins would depend on how many dimes be in in attendance and how many nickels and pennies. It could be adjectives sorts of combinations and more dimes the more the pound is worth.

But, anyway, no you heard wrong.

So I reflect on I enjoy be scammed. I know, I know what an idiot...?

Question:
So I received a phone call nearer today saying that I would receive to boarding pass for a cruise if I answered a survey. I did it and talked to a "representative" and give them only my cell phone number and mark. I have be researching this and think that it is a scam and I know I should've done that quicker but I'm only human and screwed up. What do you surmise I should do because I do not want to have anything bleak happen on vindication of these bastards and my own naive demeanor. I sent a message to my cell phone company relating them what happened and give them the number to the place that called. But I don't know where on earth to go from near. I would really appreciate any advice that could be offered because I am generous of freaking out about it. Thanks:)

Answer:
Don't freak out on the other hand. You haven't given out that much information. You did'nt give out any credit card information. Just be extraordinarily careful surrounded by the future, because they will probably send for you back. You never know, you might be lucky, and it might be legit. When they call upon back, listen to what they enjoy to say, and at any point they ask you for money, that's when you voice goodbye, and hang up. I wouldn't verbs at this point, just hang on to a close eye on your cell phone bills for any discrepencies, and relax!! I'm sure it's no big deal. You're not optimistic, these people are awfully very apposite at what they do.
well, if you solely gave them your baptize and cell number (no credit card number or social security number) you should be ok, to be on the past the worst side you could change your cell number. Just incase they are trying to use your number to trade name stolen calls or something. I'd tweaking it.
Don't beat yourself up, it can occur. Just be more careful subsequent time.

I would suggest contacting each of your credit card companies as resourcefully as your bank. You could do this by calling respectively one or, better yet, write one memo to each of them. Explain the sitation and provide as much detail as possible. Explain that you would resembling your account "flagged" so that if any unusual charges come up, you can be notify.

After doing this - keep an eye on your statements for the subsequent few months just to be on the safeside.

I fell for the "hey can you answer this survey" and we received a ton of second-hand goods mail and spam. Just maintain an eye on your accounts and you should be good.
Are you sure you merely told them your name and phone number? If so, you probably don't hold anything to worry roughly speaking. Run a credit check on yourself in a few months, and if you spy anything strange, then steal legal handling.
If you just give your cell number and name you should be fine. Just don't offer your ss#. Since you have no credit cards or hill accound I wouldn't worry. Telemarketers find people's numbers all the time. You'll be fine. Happy New Years!
