See, how does one know if you are an employer trying to see if people are chitchat against his company? And I find it is never good to communicate against a company and fight near them. Many times, you can work with them and you will find that you are not really one bullied. Rather, they would just approaching things done a certain mode. does it give the impression of being that other people grain the same agency about her that you do? i've have similar experiences in the workplace and even after trying to work things out some citizens will always purely be snooty because they are "above" you and they want you to know it. if she can see that she is doing something that bothers you, she will probably keep doing it, because she get off on it. basically smile and don't let her dream up she is powerful enough to grasp the better of you.
I would will a note on her desk when not a soul is looking, telling her going on for herself. Make sure you type it. Tell her that she is a ***** and alot of people inthe department feel that channel. You guys would be more productive if she were a bit nicer.
