As a CSR, I'll do everything that I possibly can to get my client's concerns taken protection of and if I can't do something myself, I'll make sure that they bring back to the people that can do it for them. And after I'll follow up with that customer to kind sure that their concerns were met.
As a waitress, I depended on other people's charity to make my living. If I wasn't feeling like to take fastidiousness of my customer, why should I expect them to take carefulness of me? Even if i was busy, running around approaching a chicken with my skipper cut off, I would other let them know that I'd be beside them as soon as I could, and if something distracted me, I'd send another server or mediator over to make sure things be okay.
I know that you can't please all of the population all of the time, but adjectives I can ask for is someone to try their hardest.
