how to turn down diplomatically the blacklisted guest requesting for booking?

Question:
the caller is a blacklisted and he want to request a booking.how im going to turn down his request within diplomatic way

Answer:
Do you know the explanation he is blacklisted?

Also, you don't mention what kind of booking it is, approaching with a single being? group? conference?

All that would play a part within my ideal answer, but short knowing any of that my best idea would be to enunciate something like 'Sir, I own already requested the booking for you and it was decline. I am sorry but on this matter nearby is nothing that I can further assist you near. If you would like to give up a message and your number I will forward that your request was made and rejected to _____ but to be exact the best I can do, thank you for your time, I am sorry I could not further assist you."

If he is angry after that there isn't much you can do, but if he get nasty/starts cussing you - you can always hang down up. I don't care where on earth you work, noone deserves verbal swearing.

Hope that helps!
A booking for what? You could already be booked on adjectives the dates they want. "I'm afraid we don't own any (X product) to accomodate you at this time."

How do I interpret an Unaudited Financial Statement?

Question:
I am trying to determine the value of a business and this is the merely information I have available to me. Is "Total Liabilities and Shareholders' Equity" a objective measure of merit?

Answer:
It really depends on why you need to determine the convenience. If you are deciding whether to invest within the company, then I would voice revenues would be the most important item. You would also want to see how much money they have sitting contained by their most liquid asset accountants (Cash and equivalents, A/R).. If they hold a ton of their value within cash next you would want to find out if it's because they are planning an expansion, or if they are just not spending their money contained by the right places to grow the business. If they have a ton of their asset amount within A/R, you would want to find out if they are having trouble collecting. Lastly, you should compare their total assets to the their total liability, and especially their total current liabilities to their fluid assets, because this will help you determine whether they enjoy the cash on appendage (not tied up in inventory that have to be sold first - assuming it's not a service company) to pay the bills they will own due. Basically, you want to make sure they need/want your investment to grow the business and be successful, not to cover short expressions bills they can't pay and prolong the time since they shut down.

Like the other poster said, unaudited financial statements aren't really worth the paper they are printed on, unless they are simply waiting to be audited or within the process of (if that's the case, you could probably trust them for the most part of a set, as the company wouldn't want to pay their audit team what it would require to make a TON of adjustments). If this is a publicly traded company, they will be forced to be audited and report to the SEC. If this is not a publicly traded company, and you don't know ample about business to integer out whether its a good investment on your own.. afterwards you should NOT invest your money in start-ups! I'm assuming this is for a class project or something? If so, try to look at some of the things I talk about above, but at hand are really too many what-ifs for me to staple down how to approach it. My last suggestion would be to find financial statements for a company within a similar industry to see what percentage of their assets are in lolly, etc.. that will help you numeral out whether the company you're looking at is reasonable.
Unaudited financials aren't worth the dissertation they were printed on. Any number could be put anywhere. If you aren't going to require them to be audited at tiniest get some endorsement of the key items (depending on the business this may be revenue, inventory, etc.)

Shareholders' equity is not a objective measure of utility in most cases. A better indicator is the present utility of future brass flows.
Its rubbish. You need more to do a clothed level of analysis, at least possible a complete Balance Sheet (what do their assets consist of..a bunch of non collectable AR, outdated inventory, cash etc?) I would envision you are interested in buying more than this companies debt so they should be capable of provide it.

Get a copy of their income statement and a Cash Flows statement (you can make one from a stability sheet and income statement). Not to mention you should get at LEAST 3 years worth to establish any trends...do a flux analysis to see if there's abnormal increases or decreases within accounts and have them explain the reason why.

Keep in mind that they are unaudited as all right meaning you cant place too much reliance on the exactness of the numbers represented, so discount offer prices properly unless you plan on testing some of the accounts during your due diligence...

Bottom flash
1. Get a complete Balance Sheet listing for at smallest 3 years
2. Get Income Statements for at least 3 years (Cash flows if you can bring em)
3. Due a basic flux analysis and Ratio analysis on adjectives of them
4. Do basic conducting tests of the accounts (get an AR listing and choose some of the bigger balance and ask for all receipts, shipping docs, bills of lading and transfer of funds information and trace the process through all of the stages to construct sure it was processed correctly and to look for spinelessness in their control environment.

You've get a lot of work to do but they have need of to provide you with more info.

Anyne know where on earth or how? I'm in the UK, and own a poor credit rating (as does my company)

Answer:
Sorry to hear about your virus.

I would suggest that if there is MATERIAL VALUE to your "assets" you would/should know how to borrow money upon them. If there is no "physical value" well afterwards it will be hard or if the assets are possibly of value on definite markets(like E-BAY collectables or something) but "of no real value" to be used as COLLATERAL powerfully then you may own little option but to provide.

28,000 a year equals how much and hour?

Question:

Answer:
depends on how many hours you enjoy to work for it...but the commonly accepted standard is 40 hours * 52 weeks = 2080.

so 28000/2080 = 13.46
divide by 2080..$13.46 an hour
13.46 per hour. (no calculator?)
if you are working full time- 40 Hours a week.
You would entail to get nearly $13.50 USD hour
Above are correct. What I do for a ball park numeral; say a personality make $14.00 an hour. You merely double and say Thousands. So, 28,000 a year.
To obtain an idea of hour wages you would take 28,000 and partly it, 14,000 and drop the zeros, $14 an hour. This make for a quick math surrounded by your head.
Always remember, it close, after Taxes and Fuel to progress back and forth to work, you will realize smaller amount anyway. So, a close ballpark usually good.

Question:
Hi
i would just similar to to know the amount of stocks that changed hands on Black Thursday, Black Monday, and Black Tuesday contained by October 1929. PLEASE cite your source, Thanks!

Answer:
I don't recall adjectives of the volumes on those days. You can find them in the New York Times and Wall Street Journals from those days. Your library might enjoy them on microfilm. On Wednesday before black Thursday be what set the stage. On the New York Stock exchange, if I recall correctly, within the final hour of trading about 2,598,000 shares traded. The second hour volume was give or take a few 40% of the day's volume. By the final hour the ticker tape be running 1 hour and 44 minutes late. Many traders watching the video had already be wiped out until that time they even became aware that the prices of their stocks be dropping. They all received border calls that evening, which they could not unite and their brokers threw their stocks on the market the subsequent morning. That was the birth of the end.

Just to tender you an example of how severly prices dropped that afternoon, AFW, American Foreign Power, around noon that morning was trading at 136 a share. Last trade of the morning was at 109. It adjectives took place within a couple of hours that Wednesday afternoon.
