(plus im pregnant so thats a lawsuit adjectives by itself) and both of them would make comments close to "how can you date you dad" "or hows your grandpa doing" My fiance is 13 years older than me. sooner or later they both said something and i became angry cuz its be going on for months and i said im F-ing tired of this. and they fired me. is this right? can i sue? or is it too late?

You may hold a case for wrongful dismissal, but it sounds approaching the people you work for and next to don't like you. If you did try to sue your employer would probably right to be heard that your work was man affected by your personal situation and that the other workers feel uncomfortable audible range about your personal vivacity. The fact that you are pregnant doesn't serve either, because they digit your going to quit when the baby comes anyway. If you did sue and did win they would be required to hire you fund, BUT would you really want to work there?? Everything that be said to you would need to be corroborated by another worker, and it would be your word against the employer as to the reason for firing you. Not to mention the costs involved. I recently ordered balloon & a box of chocolate for my husband for our anniversary. When he called to thank me, I be surprised to discover they had sent for a moment bag of candy instead of the box of chocolate. Their website advertizes a 100% smugness guarantee, so I took the issue up with them. The solely reason I go with this hard to please company rather than 1800 Flowers (which I in general use) is because of this balloon/chocolate deal. Also, their Substitution disclaimer merely talks almost flowers and vases, does not mencion chocolates. The reply I get from CS was that they could merely refund me the abdication fee.
Should I adopt their offer? Personally, I mull over this sucks...

No I do not think you should adopt this offer You rewarded for the Balloon & Chocolate deal so they are wrong to dispatch you a small bag of candy instead. Suppose your husband does not approaching candy but prefers chocolates--what now?!! Let the company be held responsible!! The customer is other right therefore you should get it public what the company did and what they're refunding (which I'm sure is not even partly of the total cost of the Balloon /Chocolate deal)--just the delivery tax They have to be playing around!!.
i think you should purely take anything they are willing to donate you for it, and then never do work next to them again. Give them a bad review within yahoo business, or whatever it is, and possibly send a epistle to your local paper if it is a local company.

--For instance, what we see in vehicle commercials are many times totally unrelated to the saloon or quality of the vehicle. --When for instance, you have a SUV sitting over a unclimable mountain that already, in my mind looses credence to the saloon, --it is simply overdone, because the indication is that the car could be driven to the top, and i.e. usually the context!--IT IS AN OVERSELL.
--If you use , lets read out in a video, a questionable looking woman or . man in a suit selling building supplies & services ,-- this most predictable will not have the impact of someone contained by work cloths, hardhat, rugged cell phone.
--Another situation, if we are selling garden seeds and only use the picture & name of the product on the box with no milieu behind it---it does fundamentally little to ignite the thought on the buyer- of a beautiful grassland with trees that these seed will grow.
in my view, a picture is worth 1000 words, and a visual aid is worth 1000 pictures because it's palpable, 3-dimensional, demonstrable, very completely handy
I would say it depends on your subject. From experience--visual aids are poorly used and seem to be to be more a presentation on how much the presenter plays with Power Point.
For concrete things, or for great differences contained by intangible things, though, I think ocular aids can be of some value.

It is potential a scam. They are very honest forgeries, that can take the bank weeks to figure out that they are forge. In the meanwhile, the money you send him will already clear. If you did not do business next to the company, why would they send you a check?!
Contact the BBB and see if this company is legit. Make sure the check itself is legit. They own cashier's checks that are not... so before you distribute this man a "processing fee", let him know you will do so after the check clears.. detail him 10 to 15 days... for clearing purposes.
