I'd appreciate some sensible advice! I not long had my photographs taken professionally. Before the appointment, I prepaid a lb25 booking duty and lb100 towards pictures I would buy on the day, but I be told this money would be refunded if I chose a different packet on the day. I did choose a different bunch and agreed to pay lb480 pounds thinking that the lb125 I'd already remunerated would be refunded to me. But immediately the company is telling me that isn't the overnight case and are not acknowledging that I be given the wrong information when I signed the contract. They're saying that I'm bound by the contract but I be told something else when I signed it! This means I've remunerated lb120 above what I agreed. I feel resembling they've misled (even tricked) me into paying more. Is there anything I can do? They already own my money but the photographs will take around 6 weeks to arrive.
