I contacted the gym directly and told them that they have two options: 1) they can call off it directly as per the contract, or 2) I will contact her bank (which is where on earth the payments are being taken from) directly, and speak about them to put a freeze on ANY and ALL payments to that gym. They tried scaring me that we could not do that, and afterwards I threatened to take them to court for breach of contract. Needless to voice that was my wife's second month at the gym.
