The letter demands anonymity, a credit card no. and a lb20 'administration' fee.
Needless to utter I am not fool enough to reply to this, as it looks approaching a classic Internet scam/fraud!
Nevertheless, your town is the destination of these replies, and out of courtesy I am warning you of the possible mess up to your town's reputation. I hope that you will investigate and/or pass these details to the police or appropriate authority.

I did a investigate on BigWinterDeals.com and found out they are a SCAM...It looks like BigWinterDeals have reopened as uswintersale.com.
I believe it is a 100% a SCAM site...SAME MO as BigWinter Deals.com. I also saw that they do not take credit cards and singular take Western Union "RED FLAG"!
