Answer:
Next time use priority mail, it requires a signature from them that they received the reminder. You can then request a copy of their signature. It costs rather more, but it's helpful surrounded by cases like yours.

i set up a new company for the purpose of selling contract mobile phones. i applied for my vat number 9 weels ago since later i have recieved a questionaire asking what i intend on selling. i full up in and sent rotten. since then i enjoy recieved another asking me for details of accounts i have and a use agreement. i completed that stating that i cannot open an rationalization until i am vat registerd and the business will be run from home! i sent them the company bank details. in a minute i have recieved duplicate questionaire again stating that unless i give them proof of the accounts i intend to clear they will deny my claim. I CANNOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT with the mobile phone distributors until i own a vat number! any ideas? and please no stupid answers, basically practicle replies please
