As you start to exhibit the symptoms of worry, snap the rubber leash on your wrist (hard) and tell yourself (if possible aloud, but if, to yourself) "STOP". continue that everytime you fire up to get a bundle of nerves. I took a Dale Carnegie class on public speaking and human relations skills as an adult but should own taken it years ago because it helped me so much. But one trick can assistance enormously.. You'll be amazed how much it will help to still you down and once you get started you will newly flow with it. I should get rid of the Carnegie program because it is so effective.
