So the first page, in English, is call the "original"? and the 2nd page "duplicate" ? how about the 3rd and 4th page ? In Chinese, we simply phone them the "original, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th" page. I am not sure how to do it in English. We export things to the US, so we want to do it the American style. Thanks.

If the check has your or your wife's christen on it... You might want to get it checked. But I'm pretty sure that it's a scam, because they address you as "Dear Sir/Ma" without specifying your signature. I wouldn't buy it.
