If I convey it regular mail - how secure will it be? Is it best sending it registered or is there something else that the post bureau offers?

All I know is don't send it regular. Actually if you are sending it overseas I would suggest using Fed-Ex or UPS instead of the USPS.
Talk to your post department, UPS or FedEx store. You will want at minimum to insure your package, and require a signature and getting returned to you. There will also be customs/duty/taxes to deal next to, etc.

If so, the monthly payments would be after taxes. I'm not sure what NI routine (I'm used to it meaning Net Income), but if it's a estimate on your pay stub, next the monthly payment will be after it as very well. Basically, the monthly payment will be the end deduction past your net pay packet is calculated.
I too am wondering how to account for this as I'm the guy who have got a loan from my company and also the guy who runs payroll! The previous answer to your quiz didn't inspire confidence in me as the being didn't know what NI is... Having said that, I'd be pretty amazed (and v happy) if the deduction come before TAX and NI.
