Since US currency states trial tender for ALL debts public and private can places proscribe 50 & 100 dollar bills

Question:

Answer:
Yes. See the US Treasury site. http://www.ustreas.gov/education/faq/cur...

The applicable portion is the FAQ on legal tender.
"
I thought that United States currency be legal tender for adjectives debts. Some businesses or governmental agencies say that they will solely accept checks, money advice or credit cards as payment, and others will single accept currency action in denominations of $20 or smaller. Isn't this unlawful?

The pertinent portion of law that applies to your sound out is the Coinage Act of 1965, specifically Section 31 U.S.C. 5103, entitled "Legal tender," which states: "United States coins and currency (including Federal reserve notes and circulating summary of Federal reserve banks and national banks) are endorsed tender for all debts, public charges, taxes, and dues."

This statute manner that all United States money as identified above are a valid and lawful offer of stipend for debts when tendered to a creditor. There is, however, no Federal statute mandate that a private business, a person or an shop must accept currency or coins as for transfer of funds for goods and/or services. Private businesses are free to develop their own policies on whether or not to adopt cash unless in attendance is a State law which say otherwise. For example, a bus line may prohibit settlement of fares contained by pennies or dollar bills. In addition, movie theaters, convenience stores and gas stations may send regrets to accept life-size denomination currency (usually notes above $20) as a thing of policy.
"
People can refuse to serve you or do business next to you, so i don't see why they could not.
Businesses typical refuse these larger bills because the indiscriminate of them being counterfit are more frequent. Also, if the store be to get robbed which would they prefer to enjoy? A bunch of 5's in the drawer or a bunch of 50's surrounded by the drawer?
Smaller stores are afraid of counterfit but then again they can buy those pen to verify if they are fake. Also it's a appropriate point that you can refuse to help out that consumer it's your business and you can choose however you want to get rewarded.
Another reason why stores may throw out larger bills is that they may not have plenty cash within the drawer to make tweaking. Most small stores start the day beside very little brass in the drawer ($150, maybe) and as much as $100 of this might be within $1 bills. If had a $100 bill and one and only bought something worth $5, it would be really hard for the store to verbs making change for the subsequent few hours because they would have given you most of the money surrounded by that drawer.
Yes, stores are allowed to make their own policies as long as they don't violate any fundamental rights/laws.

Ex: Some stores don't adopt credit cards--not because it's not a legal passageway to pay, but because the store simply chooses not to adopt them.

Of course, if the people be rude to you, or upset you, you get to choose not to jump there anymore. :)

P.S..If you are really annoyed by what happen, call the store's 1-800 # or turn to their web site. One complaint really *can* win a policy changed, and your feedback will probably earn you a gift certificate/discount card.

Online companies offering mortgage loans?

Question:
has anyone tried companies resembling amerquest, lending tree or others that are online? are they reliable? unproblematic? fast?

Answer:
I would stay away from these types of companies. It is nought but a clearing house. They send your information out to a few companies.... they ALL pull your credit, and in attendance is not local representation. Multiple credit pulls, hurts your score, and personalized representation is incredibly important. Your best bet is to any go to the ridge where you do business, or a local mortgage "banker" (not mortgage company). They enjoy access to many programs that should address your requirements. You also will have a physical person to speak beside during the process.

What is a money establish?

Question:
What is it?
Where do I get one?

- Am I correct when I say aloud it is where you step to the bank, appendage in currency, and they write you a check aka money order for that exact amount?

Thanks!

Answer:
you achieve them from either the post bureau or the bank its freshly you giving them cash and they deeply filling out a check for you and sending it
You can take a money order at your local Check Cashing place or the guard. However, most banks won't bequeath you a money order unless you enjoy an account beside them.
You can get them at your wall. They do usually charge a small fee per money writ. Since you pay for them beside cash, they are a guarantee to the receiver that they are "good".
Many grocery stores sell them at their service counter, also, and I devise you can get them at the post department, too.

Whats the difference between transcription and minutes of a consultation?

Question:
I understand that 'notes' are only just what they say they are but arent minutes also basically 'notes'?

Answer:
Minutes have a more structured outline eg attendees, agenda etc. Notes are more informal. I once submitted some 'notes' for a disiplinary union and it caused me a great deal of problems as they were greatly informal and really just for my quotation (they were submitted within error!), minutes are more professional and are usually distributed to all present at the council and agreed by all as an accurate journal of the conversation/agreements
Isn't the difference that minutes are formal (and are sometimes approved at the next meeting)?
None. Its adjectives a waste of time as no-one give a dam anyway. Government policy is base on minutes and notes, does that read out enough?

Is some accounting info used 4 internal edict making one and the same as that reported to external judgment maker?

Question:
Also, if you know the similarities, please list them.

Answer:
Yes and No. Normally internal decision are made on more detailed information. Sometimes internal reports segregate fixed and variable expenses inside account groupings. This give the reader more of a concept of overhead. Sometimes internal reporting involves company interest rates and expected industry rates of returns, this information is not always available to outside reader.
The basic information contained by an external financial statement is the same as the chief information in internal reports, however sometimes internal reports are arranged differently and include more information.

Accounting Question! What needsto meeting when you do a match sheet?

Question:
Assets and liabilities??

Answer:
Debits must equal credits.

Assets must equal liability and equity.
The basic formula is Assets = Liabilities + Equity.
Your assets should go together to your liabilities.
When doing a harmonize sheet, the total assets (A) must equal the total liabilities (L) plus shareholder's equity (E).

A simple equation to remember:

A = L + E

Accounting Question?

Question:
Failure to record a liability will probably
a.result within a overstated net income.
b.result within overstated total liabilities and owner’s equity.
c.enjoy no effect on net income.
d.result contained by overstated total assets.

Answer:
A. over state net income. Liability is a credit. The Italian monk say we have to enjoy a debit. Debits are either expenses or assets.

Since d is the simply one that talks around assets, let's look at that one first. How can you not recording a liability and asset overstate total assets? Remember our instructions from the Italian monk. Yes even CPAs can use rhetoric.

That leaves us near not recording an expense. Less expense manner more net income. Viola over stated network income.

I will take my cookie immediately Mr. Wizard.
a
The answer is A. When you don't record a liability, you are not debit the related expense. Without that expense, net income is more than it should be, as a consequence it will be overstated.
Liabilities are a balance sheet item, so it should not own an effect on net income. An example of a liability would be a wall loan or a note or bond (payable). A damp squib to record should not effect income assuming that you DO report the interest expense (which does appear on the income statement), so I'd stamp out 'a' with that reasoning.

'B' - if you enjoy 100 in liabilties and 100 contained by equity, that means your assets equal 200. I guess it is more appropriate to say you've underestimate liabilities and equity if you founder to report a liability.

'C' - True because liabilities and equity (and assets too) are tools to generate income you borrow money (liability) to buy plant property and equipment (printing press) to generate income (selling newspapers).

'D' - This may conceptually be true if you borrow 100 dollars (liability) and buy plant/property and equipment (100 dollar value printing press) and backfire to report the liability you've 'overstated' your assest in the sense that you've not really shown where on earth the purchase was generate.

I'd go near 'c' another stupid accounting question that doesnt try to examination your knowledge but a bit tries to trick you into selecting the wrong answer.

Busy business men surrounded by serious relationships? Work/Life Balance?

Question:
If I feel discontent because my boyfriend's suddenly gotten busy with work things, do I stick it out or set off?
I've expressed my needs to him already, he hasn't made any challenge to change the situation. Work have been extra busy and he still have his normal activities/obligations.
He hasn't asked me out contained by a while and the few times I have asked him to do something he's turned me down due to other obligation.
Other than that he still tells me adjectives the right things and seem as contained by love as ever. But a part of me feel like if he truly care then he would engender time. Another part feel like a polite partner would be more understanding and stick it out.
Have you ever be in his situation? I'm trying to be supportive rather than cut bait.

Answer:
This is other a difficult situation. On one hand, this man seem to be a motivated worker, and therefore is a "devout catch." On the other, you probably consistency like you are competing next to his job.

From a man's perspective, I can inform you two things about this situation. First is that men are completely clueless. He most plausible has no concept that he is offending you in any means of access. Even after you talked to him more or less it, he doesn't understand. He think that your conversation cured it.

Second is that a man will prioritize his time off work. Work hours are probably considered non-negotiable, but any time after i.e. wide widen no matter what sort of "obligations" he have. A few exceptions to this rule are if he is involved with any type of troop activity or sport (think softball league), or line stuff. Anything else can be canceled or rescheduled for the chance to be near a woman.

Hope this helps.
What are his goal versus yours?
Do you want what he wants?
Is he working harder for you or is it an excuse?
Is he cheating?

I am also intensely busy, Im 25 and I am busy aswell. I have never lost a girlfriend over it, but he does stipulation to communicate very clearly and you obligation to make sure your the solitary girl.
It would all depend on what those "middle-of-the-road activities/obligations: were.... if he's spending time out next to the boys all the time or going to a gym or BOTH or is he out paying bills, doing things for member of his family? If he's lately using his "free time" to PLAY with the boys, he's unsuspecting yet for a committed relationship and explicitly what he is saying .... HOWEVER, if his other mundane activities are things approaching community services, helping out family member or things not associated with him have FUN and ONLY for fun, then I'd sit and be long-suffering until he had time to come around.....it's a skinny line here---so you really own to base your finding on what his "normal activities/ obligations" in reality ARE! good luck
