I've used SurveyScout but haven't have much luck with them. They are a lawful survey company however. I also use SurveySavvy and it works very capably. Its free to join.

if the chinese currency goes up against the USD, next yes, we will see inflation, in language of the chinese currency, because it means we inevitability more american dollars to match chinese renmenbi (wrong spelling probably)
and if u wanna travel further, it also means we buy smaller amount of chinese goods, and american stock are in emergency, so theres a slight balancing effect
but in opposition, the american dollar is already pretty low, esp. in comparison to the english pound... so hell, we are already within inflation, esp. when we start seeing costs of living and interest rates going higher and highly developed

Done it several times. They will first write a letter to you (that is if you've given them the right address) and ask you to distribute the money. Secondly (although sometimes it comes in the first) they will issue you another DD daily for you to fill within and they will send past its sell-by date to your bank.
