I get one of those, too.
All they want you to do is send them some information, not even money.
Except that, have recently applied for a passport, I notice that they were asking for matching information.
I suspect that they'll use the information that victims send to bring passports and there's no telling if they of late plan to take out fraudulent loans, or commit some serious crimes.
Of course, if they really are giving away money, discern free to laugh at me if they really transport you a check, but I think it's plentifully riskier than sending mere money. You're basically recitation them how to pretend to be you.
Do not fall for these! These are set up to receive you to pay them TAXES on story bound lottery winnings (among other things that they think up)!
