Changed my electric meter presently I own 2 bills for 1 condo - what do I do?
Question:
I moved into new construction a couple months ago (new as surrounded by some places are not even finished yet). There were some issues next to the electric meters so they were changed rear legs in Dec. The electric company contacted me at the time motto that the meter needed to be put in my entitle or else power would procure shut off - so I did.
Apparently, 2/1 the meters be changed again so for 3 months I have be paying "estimated" bills - I got a message from the builder (yesterday) saying the electric bill requirements to be changed into my name. I saw immediately that I had 2 electric bills for one condo. Digging deeper I saw that in attendance were different meter numbers so I go to check the basement and the wrong be is the one I had be paying about $200 times gone by 3 months.
Can I call the electric company to hold them credit that $200 to the new bill I get (over $200 as it has be for the same spell of time) when I close the wrong account? Or is this money purely lost?
Answer:
Absolutely! They should send someone out to verify it and credit your "correct" narrative.
Actually, in unusual construction, this isn't all that extraordinary. You were prudent plenty to check the meter. Most people won't.
I took over an association a couple of years ago, and checked their meter numbers - they be paying bills on meters that were within a complex nearly 20 miles away from them - for the last eight years!
Are you sick and tired that almost so much what you buy is made within China or places save for the USA? When?
Question:
I was younger pretty abundant things were made contained by Japan but a lot of things, especially principal items, were made contained by the USA. Todat almost all our electronics, heaps cars, almost all toys and small items are made within China. I'm sure these items are made for a lower rate of pay for the Chinese than if made contained by America but why so much? Couldn't more be made in America? Why are Honda and some other foreign auto manufacture, making safer, and in abundant cases, better autos than the USA? France is developing a train system that will go around 300 mph, why can't we? Just look around your home, turn the items upside down and see how many are made contained by the USA and how many are made within China. What kind of computer are you using right very soon? Was it made in America? I love the USA and want to live my go here, but I wish we made more of our products. I think I'd be ready to pay for a while more knowing it was as moral, and maybe better item, and give an American a job. What do you meditate?
Answer:
I'm absolutely sick and tired of products made within China. They have be unanimously inferior quality contained by every thing I've purchased. The worst man hand tools. I've have some break from a single use. Being a mechanic this is very aggravating. I also can't stand some companies that shamelesly and brazenly print "made within usa" on their products as a shady excuse to ask more money for poorly made products. Lisle tools is one such company that comes to mind.
There are still some upstanding manufacturers contained by the USA. I think their name should be published in a document somewhere so people can be made aware. KD tools is one such company that comes to mind. Also Blackbottom cycling gear is another. I suggest a moment ago voting with your dollar and buy completely no Chinese made products.

Forget the busines learning sites and doesn`t matter what the profesisonal guidance counselers tell you. At your age, the essential think is to breed lifelong friendships with the most intelligent, hardworking and promissing peers you can. Those are the folks who can positively influence your future job and opportunities. It would be best to walk to an exculsive school chock-full with stinking rich kids, or better even so, royalty. Forget the jocks and 11 year old attractiveness queens. Make friends with adjectives Presidents, Diplomats and Wall Street Stars.
If you are only ten next to such aspirations, my only suggestion for you is reach for the stars and dont permit anyone tell you that you cant do it. Its race like you that become CEO's of companies. Good luck beside everything.

What are worthy prices for a courtyard public sale?
Question:
for example, a good-condition dvd or video game, some as recent as a year ago?
magazine?
im thinking 4 dollars for the DVDs/Video Games, and 25 cents each for the magazine.
too high, too low?
Answer:
Depends how big the courtyard is.
Let the customers make you offer. It's all roughly supply and demand. You own a choice of accepting what a customer offers you or not selling it. Don't price too low but you can other come down on things if you have to, especially at closing time. I would deem $4 for a DVD is a good asking price. It would depend on the DVD and whether I want it bleak enough. I hold bought and sold DVDs on Ebay for more than that including shipping.

The percentage that I should impart away?
Question:
I invested my mony in buisiness A and i want to start buisness B.
But I dont enjoy money...so there is someone who agrees doing a little corporation as the money she is giveing finishes and benefit comes...how should we divid the benefit?... I do the work and she will risk her money...whats the fair percentag to return her?
Answer:
Too copious variables. The higher her risk, the more she should expect to obtain back. The more work, the more you should expect to win back. There are also assorted ways she can get rewarded back. You could contribute her a guaranteed income percentage, such as she gives $50,000 and you guarantee 10% simple interest for 3 years, so she get back $65,000 at the closing stages of 3 years no matter how the business perform. Or you could give her a percentage of the ownership of the business (so she get that percentage of the profit and if sold gets that percentage of the proceeds), or a percentage of the profits for a infallible number of years with or lacking a balloon buyout.
You should collect as much information as you can from people who hold businesses that you are looking at...they are the experts that you must question. You NEED to do your due diligence to the extreme.

Do anybody here own a landscape business, or if you own a business spell can you impart me guidance?
Question:
im planning on starting my own landscaping business and i be wondering can anybody give me any tips or proposal. what should i think and plan roughly before i overt it, what should i buy, what should i consider, PLEASE HELP ME YOU WILL BE GREATLY HELPING MY CAREER THAN YOU
Answer:
A landscaping business is somewhat easy to start up I would have an idea that, not awhole lot of overhead. Just the machine resembling lawnmowers, plows shovels etc. You'll have to do estimates for customers, run to STAPLES, and grt an estimate form so you can write a written estimate which will protection you and customer. That way the customer will know what they are getting from your services. Also grasp a Dome Book at STAPLES to keep track of your day by day expenses, gas, items for job, etc. it's much jammy at tax time when you enjoy this book. Make sure you save adjectives your receipts. Ypu can get on the internet and find out what deduction you can use for tax purposes. Make sure you hold insurance on you business. And don't overbook yourself that way you'll preserve all your customers glowing.. Good luck with you incident.
I would first recommend working for a landscaper, for at least 1 year. You will swot the how's, why's, and in's and out's, of the business. You will also see what is involved through the seasons.
You didn't post anything going on for what experience you have, or equipment. It's tough to give answers to thoroughly open concluded questions.
How much money do you own to start up?
Do you have landscape experience?
Have you gone to school for this?
Do you enjoy a business plan? etc.....
Don't plan on being rich. Don't plan on making money soon because you'll put adjectives the money back within to grow the business. Plan on working EVERY DAY until you get established. Get a CPA. Keep EXCELENT files. Get Insurance!! Make your tax estimates...no issue what! Start a retirement package and put money within first...because all you'll get hold of when you retire is SS...and that's not enough to live on. Then within a year or 2 when things are running smoothly....take vacation! Take lots of time off. Spend it beside your wife and kids. :)

Some enjoy fled Real Estate in few areas, but most own either moved to other areas or held. The RE flea market is not nearly as bad as the medium would have you believe.
Also, near is never a bad flea market in RE, you merely have to know what to do within every type of market.
How is IPO price set?
Question:
Is it decided by i-banks or some others?
How is the exact price mortal caculated?
Thx.
Answer:
I have worked on over a dozen IPOS. There are several distinct methods for pricing: exploratory, competitive and set price.
First, you own to remember that going public is not just a one time settlement. It acts as a conduit for the company to lift more money in the adjectives and, perhaps more importantly, as a passageway for managers/owners to sell their shares within the future. As a result, the price of the IPO have to be at the "right level", one that is dignified enough to bump up enough money and low satisfactory to make sure that in attendance is still some upside to the shares on the secondary bazaar (i.e. you don't want a stock that just does nil but fall).
IPOs are almost always an "exploratory" pricing method. I'd read out about 98% are done this opening. There are two parts: first, the company issues a "red-herring", which is the initial form of the prospectus - but without pricing (and some other data) contained by it. It allows potential investors to look at the company. The i-bank comes up with a capacity that they think is a rational price in conjunction near its supporting brokerage analyst. The analyst comes up with his own independent valuation, after goes on a "pre-deal" roadshow next to their analyst, highlighting the company. However, valuation always comes up contained by discussion, the "whisper numbers" on valuation is brought up. The fund manager then nod their head or grumble about the price. If they grumble too much, afterwards the range is lowered. If they adjectives nod their heads, next the range is raise.
Then company goes out on the roadshow. This is for impossible to tell apart purpose, but it's to get info straight from the horses mouth a bit than from an analyst.
Thirdly, the prospectus is issued. This is when the range is set on the prospectus.
Fourth, the "book building" is started whereby the organize Investment Bank for the deal (since it's usually a consortium) starts taking advice. Investors start bidding what they would buy (e.g. 2m at $15.00/share). The book starts to build with adjectives these bids on them. The capital open market guys then update the investors how their bid is doing. For example, if they are too low, consequently they are informed that they need to incline their bid to get any shares. Likewise, once a book go over 1.0x subscribed, you will get smaller quantity than what you bid for. For example, if a deal is 2x oversubscribed, you inevitability to bid for 20m shares when you only want 10m shares. Deals that are "hot" become massively oversubscribed and are smartly pegged to the top of the capacity. Deals that are less hot (e.g. 2-5x oversubscribed) are priced in the range. Deals that are cool (1-2x oversubscribed) are peg at or near the bottom and those that somehow settle down than 1x oversubscribed are withdrawn and are either repriced next to a new share volunteer or cancelled due to lack of emergency.
The price, being a competitive process, as a consequence depends upon supply and demand - but primarily from the constraint side as the supply is fixed.
Other ways of pricing an IPO is having a fixed price. This is moderately rare - but you'll occassionally get hold of a company who is adamant more or less getting a certain price. I brought one company public that shouted down our I-Bankers and demanded a given price. Since it's their company, they're the boss. So they get their price. I just get a lot more ethnic group shaking their head during my roadshow.
The third method is through competitive pricing. This is extremely in danger of extinction. I can really only suppose of G00GLE, which did it through Dutch Auction without an exploratory length. I wasn't involved with that one, but I must enunciate that it certainly broke the mold.
Revenue of the company, adjectives growth rates, and many heaps other figures combined. It's really a moment ago an estimated value of what a share should be near there current/future numbers within mind.
It's somewhat arbitrary...but they estimate the value of the business smaller amount what is to be held by the original owners and the remainder is divided by the number of shares to be issued. This give you the share price.
