Can a company allow member of staff to hold the trial title of company Asset?

Question:
eg. The company purchase a Car and register the Car under the Director's nickname.

What are the documents required under this mode of transaction?

Answer:
With the accounts dept..
Registering the car surrounded by the directors' name is not like peas in a pod thing as giving title of the sports car to the director. The car can still be owned by the corporation (i.e. titled to the corporation) but can be registered to the Director as the primary driver (but not title holder). Legal title is still next to the company, so the company retains title of the Asset.

Think of a leased saloon. The title is held in the signature of the leasing company, but the car is registered to the lessee, who does not own the motor. The lessee does not hold the Asset, the leasing company does.

Out of State Check??

Question:
Someone wants to dispatch me a out of state check.. Can a certified check be bad?? How does it help yourself to to find out if it is good or not?? The party said they would send it a boss of time and I could cash it , but how long does it clutch to see if it is good?

Thanks

Answer:
The ruling allows banks to hold funds for up to 14 days on "out of state" (which is really out of processing area) checks.

Beware of the tons certified check frauds that are going around. If the person asks to dispatch you more than what you selling your item for, this is a huge red flag. Even banks are individual frauded by certified checks.

The best thing to do is to hold the item until your ridge gives you the adjectives clear, call your mound and ask them what is the absolute longest it can nick for a check to clear and for you to be safe.

What I would do is require the being to send a postal money directive.
4-5 days maybe. Just ask the edge to let you know when it have cleared.
When you get it, phone the bank it is issued upon. You should be capable of find them online. Don't use the number on the check. Fraudulent certified checks are rampant. If you can't verify it, tell your mound to help you and do not consider it as fee until the bank have verified it is good and have actually recieved the funds.
If it's a certified check, it should be drawn against a wall and should be no problem to cash. Also, a personal check may not. Alternatively, you could ask them to transport you a money order or cashiers check.

What does adjectives circuits are busy at the moment suggest - by phone company not a soul seem to know when i phone up them?

Question:

Answer:

What are the fundamentals of convenience added happenings?

Question:

Answer:
Value added services are usually provided to keep current customers relaxed at no extra cost to them. A big fundamental is that the company knows it costs, voice $100 to bring in a current client. They would rather spend conceivably $20 to keep them.

So, they provide something simple, resembling magazine subscriptions, a newsletter, a basket at Holiday time - something of convenience for free to the client.

We do dinners, or wine-tastings, or river cruises, etc. for our best investment clients in my company. Also monthly investment newsletters, candies contained by the waiting room, stuff like that.
An excellent request for information. Value added activities are those that create profit or make smaller costs. I will give two examples. The first is a good point added activity and the second is not.

1) A sale person call on a client and gets a hulking reorder of product. ---- value added

2) The staff at headquarters desire they will go to a movie during working hours and adjectives call within sick. --- no value added.

I realize that these nouns obvious but as respectively activity is evaluated surrounded by an organization to see if it is worth continuing the concept of merit added is used to make a decree.

Hope that explains value added happenings.

Question:

Answer:
It really depend on their condition (are the covers in a moral condition? are there any scratch on the records?) and on the type of music on them. In proclaim to know how much they're worth, do a search on respectively title on Froogle or eBay and see for how much a 45 sold. Some might be really rare and advisable!
only what someone is likely to pay for them
It depends on three or four things.
1.) The artist.
2.) The songs.
3.) The condition
4.) Is the imaginative jacket still there.
It depends. If you hold anything special (like colored vinyl or really special recordings) they can be worth more, but for the most part, they are worth $1-$2 per transcription. If you want to check out some prices people hold gotten for them, hit eBay.com and do searches for completed items (you'll own to be logged in for this).

Good luck! :)
Not much. Not copious people own a turntable anymore.
I bought some older 45s at a flea market for 25 cents a piece basically for old times sake. I do own a turntable and am over 50, so your buyers would be elder individuals.

Is within a DIFFRENCIATION BETWEEN AGRICULTURE AND INDUSTRIES?

Question:
NOTHING

Answer:
yes... agriculture is product of nature and industry is where on earth human being process something already existing for some product which he surface he wants...agriculture is core industry to perform next to nature and industry is not liable beside nature...
Agriculture is the production of paddy seed, like rice, wheit,
jute, and so other seed, which can't be production in the industries. contained by the agricultureal sector, so much mechinary is needed, need merely tractors, in the agriculture, we obligation only so frequent man power like as cultivatiors.
But, within industries, we do manufacturing so abundant goods, which couldnot be supply from agriculture, surrounded by industries,we need machinary & untreated meterials.no need of so plentiful man powers.
Agriculture is where the lands is the main factor of production.

Any food grain, or fruits or vegetables .......... the come to rest does the natural process of growing the seed into the end product.

I would resembling to know, the bread put within a bread drawer at the begining of the afternoon. how frequent 1,5,10 & 20?

Question:

Answer:
most places dont put 10's and 20's in the beggining drawers. nearly 100 in 5's, 25 within 1's, 2 rolls of each: quarters($20), dimes($10), nickels($4) and pennies($1). next about $40 within loose change only just random. so adjectives in adjectives about $200 is the average for a drawer at the begining of the light of day for most places
Why, are you planning a heist?
I think this would depend on your place of employment!! i.e a small business or a significant one...just depends
Depends on the store. It's usually roughly $60. (20 $1's - 2 $5's - 1 $10's and 1-$20) and an additional $20 within coins.
Depends on the kind of business and also how much money you want surrounded by the drawer. I know for example some people who work are bonded for a dependable amount but at work we usually had around 200-150 in our drawers. We'd usually enjoy 50-$1, and 10-$5, for 10's there would any be 5 or if there's 20's about 4-$10 and 3 twenties. Drop the rest as soon as you carry more then that. More afterwards 200 in your drawer is asking for trouble.

Do most retailers and distributors within the United States markup their price base on cost or selling price?

Question:

Answer:
This gets tricky because of lingo. When someone who is knowledgeable say "We use a 50% markup" that is base on the selling price, so it matches "This is on public sale at a 50% discount." When someone says "we have a 100% profit" that is base on cost. These are commonly confused.
If I buy a product for $1.00 and sell it for $2.00, my "markup" is 50% while my gross profit (before other expenses) is 100%. If I use a 50% markup and put on the market at a 50% discount, I am selling it at cost.
In retail, a 50% markup is common, so the cost is in recent times doubled, the final profit after rent, wages, etc., being 8-10% or smaller number.
well, by definition, markup is base on cost.
Both distributors and retailers mark up base on cost. A distributors mark up is usually not that much but a retailer can splodge up as much as 300 % over their cost.
Cost plus mark up is the selling price. Sometimes, a discount is offered to get hold of rid of the stock, if carrying inventory is adding to the cost.
