Many law suits are frivolous and single are entered into against companies near money.
That said: I don't know about this lawsuit, if near is one, and can't speak for any issue you mention.
I do have a product of theirs that get toasted, within warranty length. They replaced it as soon as I brought it to their attention.
Also: if this company has great material comfort - it must be doing something right.......so - if you DO have a product issue - you would be well-advised to ask them more or less your options. I'm sure you'll be treated near the same respect they treat other customers.

Most teens do babysitting or grassland mowing, etc. But other than that, Im not sure your age allows you to do much more than that. But, if you are creative and own something you excell at, then why not try to turn a profit. Hows in the order of going to the local crafts center and looking at things like jewelry, photo album creations, floral arrangements, baskets for different occasion, painted or embroidered tees and tanks, wall hangings, stuff approaching that. Something thats not gonna cost alot, but that you can at least double your money on. Then start posting fliers within the local stores, pizza shops, on peoples' cars, etc. Or maybe even set up a table contained by the front yard resembling they do for a yard Dutch auction or garage sale.
