They can try to report you and possibly muddy your credit, but they shouldn't be successful short your SSN, and in the event they be, you could sue them and they would end up have to fix your credit and reimburse you for your attorney fees. Send them a communication, telling them you don't owe them any money and that you never asked for or desired their services. Some contracts pass over with exchange of properties (you as you would expect have to be notify of them somewhere in that mound of paperwork), but I doubt this one does.
Do EVERYTHING written, send them that communication by registered mail (make a copy for yourself so you can show a sort out that, and the reciept that they recieved it.)
