Can someone please identify or suggest the key things that companies should do to avoid ERP failure? Please explain the reasons for your proposal.

- They don't know what they want and what an ERP system in fact is.
- They resist to switch non-standart applications to industry standarts.
- They don't know choosing and implementing an ERP system is not an IT errand.
- Someone sees it as a reputation tool.
- They perceive that, the ERP System is the final step of Information Systems
- They may not net an agreement with the consultants suitably support the process.
- They don't give adequate importance to effecting process
- They may not choose the best industry specific solution
- They may not be large required to use and allege an ERP system.
- ERP systems are not the nirvana of Business Info & Intelligence Systems.

Isn't that a red herring? I mean, why would they EVER want to build more? They're making tons of money as is. If they built more, supply would increase, price would drop, and so would their profits. Some solicitors have geared up made dummy companies that you can buy for about lb150 once you hold that you can then obtain the name changed etc.
Unless you require incredibly complicated Mem & Arts, do not jump near Solicitors or Accountants.
Start at Companies House website to check that your preferred company pet name has not be taken and then turn directly to a company formation agent who will form the company and prepare the forms.
It if not practical to do it yourself due to printing of the Mem & Arts and arranging the stamp.
