I've other found that the USPS is usually the cheapest way to ship overseas no event what. Fedex, UPS, and DHL are usually pretty high.
Try DHL. I know that they are effectual (they ship US -> Singapore) but I do not know if they are "cheap". I used them to ship my uncle's hand-phone back to him (he forgot it surrounded by the US) but I do not remember how much they cost.

The notification you got is a standard dispatch sent out by all bank to people claiming in attendance charges back. They can't own that their charges are unfair, as if they do everyone contained by the country will claim! The only other choice is to voice they consider their charges are fair, and try and put you past its sell-by date claiming.

If they do acknowledge the claim, they then enjoy 14 days to submit a defence (making 28 days within total from the date the claim was served). If they don't later you can again request a "Judgement by Default", and get put money on your charges, interest and court fees as above.
If they file a shield, then you and the edge get an "Allocation Questionnaire" to teem in. Some law lords dismiss the case at this stage, as the hill can't win, so again you win. If this doesn't happen, a audible range date is allocated. The bank will most plausible either pay for out before the audible range, or won't turn up in court. Again you win the covering and get your charges, interest and fees.
Follow the correct procedures and you stand a polite chance of getting your charges vertebrae! Its important to transport all packages to the bank and courts by record delivery, so you can prove they be received, and more importantly when they were received (which you can find from the tracking fragment of the Royal Mail web site).
Also brand name sure that you send adjectives letters to the bank head organization, and not your local branch. Don't phone the bank any, as this can delay things and you enjoy no proof of whats been said.

Other than the $40 a year political leanings fee, how do prices between the two stores compare on most food items, read out, a case of cereal, a valise of canned vegetables, etc.?

Sam's Club runs lower than WalMart. They don't own the overhead; its basically a warehouse operation. Most grocery products are in a roomy pack like you would use for a restaurant; I use it and I'm single, so I am not going to run out of my groceries and suff for a while. My Sam's also have a gas station which cuts a break of almost 10 cents a gallon off the brand-name liquid. For me the $40/year is worth it.
