Also, what's the best course to get change from current employees lacking running the risk of not getting I-9 back if sent to other location. I appreciate input...

Answers:
I would dispatch out a memo mandate that every employee resubmit adjectives of the original documents they first used to buy employment... must be an original/ certified document no copies allowed... plus i would require to see the original ss card of respectively employee since i.e. now and IRS requirement.

Improper I-9's fetch a $5,500.00 to $11,000.00 fine for each one inadequately filed.

Do you cogitate that a 13 year feeble girl should own a employment if so what form of profession?")?

Question:

Answers:
At the age of 13 I wouldn't recommend getting a serious job. At that age I be running around playing baseball all daylight everyday.

I do think if you could provide a service and receive paid that would be a right idea. You could post flyers or an trailer in the quality newspaper saying you do outlandish jobs for individuals such as cut grass, shovel snow, or walk dogs (just as long as they aren't too big for you)

If none of those philosophy grab your attention I don`t know you could turn one of your hobbies into making money. I know some people who scrapbook or that are honourable with arts and crafts. See if general public in your neighborhood are going on time off and when they get fund offer to do a speck book for them documenting their vacation. Get the house to print doubles of their pictures and give the extra set to you. You could buy 20 dollars worth of supplies and charge conceivably 50 dollars a book.
Jobs can teach plentifully of responsibility, so they're good for a ripened 13-year-old, but it's not something you'd want to do 40 hours a week at that age. You still have to be a kid, but if you're looking for a position I'd say try babysitting a few hours a week or doing fluffy office assistant work for someone you know. It's a perfect way to bring back started, learn responsibility and some opening skills! Good luck!

How much is a 1957 Silver Certificate one dollar bill worth?

Question:

Silver Certificates were abolish by Congress in June 1963, and adjectives redemption of Silver Certificates for silver dollars ceased on March 1964 and adjectives redemption in silver on June 1968. So your Series 1957 $1 minute has single a hobby value of $1.25 to $1.50 surrounded by condition average circulated if sold to dealers. Dealers would later sell respectively for about $3. These 1957 $1 certs (and even the Series 1935) are not infrequent and are easily available at most collector shops.
it's worth baggy on to!
I actually found one on the side of the street, cycling around town.
around $4 on ebay
I may be wrong, but I read somewhere where on earth the U.S. Treasury department is supposed to redeem them upon request for a Silver dollar.

They are again minting Silver dollars at the U.S. mint.

http://www.usmint.gov/index.cfm?flash=no...

However, you may have to turn to a federal reserve bank to go and get a Silver dollar, because a local bank would probably merely give you a $1 federal reserve make a note of in return for your dear bill.

The price of large amount wholesale Silver is currently $13.19 per ounce:

But I would imagine a Silver coin would be much more than that...especially if it's a "Peace, or Morgan" Silver dollar because of the age of them.

Warranties and Gap Cover...?

Question:
My car is on HP, I added warranty and space cover to it, if I cancelled would these be discounted from my outstanding finance?

Answers:
they would possibly pass you a refund for the portion you don't use for that specific month, but your gap insurance (good for anything you might wreck over 30,000) should be kept freshly incase you crash it. We were so greatful we have it when my husband totaled his truck. It covered 8,000 of what the insurance would not cover. If you are under 30,000 (the price of your vehicle puchase) you can drop it but wil not recieve money support from it.

Question:
im selling a metal detector on ebay but i dnt know how much the postage and packing would be any idea appreciation

Answers:
Have a look on Ebay to see if anyone else is selling one and see how much they are charging. You could also check out th Royal Mail website or take it along to your post organization and ask them to weigh it and calculate the postage for you.
Thats why you should transport the box to the Post office, return with it weighed and ask for an estimate.
But it will aid if you know which country it will be going to.
So get an estimate for Europe, (EU,) Non-EU , USA etc...etc..
You should first know the shipment of your package make the addition of 2 more lbs to that weight and move about to the USPS or UPS or whatever holder you want to, and go to total and that's it, to that amount add your the money you want for paper
depends on how much it weighs and all along the box you use. Oh and don't forget how also add within the insurance you will add for extra protected coverage. I am thinkig about $40.00

With a double on its last legs rate furniture costing 12,000 dollars after 5 years what it worth?

Question:

Answers:
Assuming by "worth" you mean what is the familiar basis of the property, the starting place will be $2,231.

Furniture is classified as 7-year property under the IRS code, so I assumed that you will depreciate the furniture next to this expected useful go, and I also assumed that there will be no salvage good point, or that the furniture will be worthless after being fully depreciated.

Double-declining depreciation uses a percentage method of assigning depreciation base on the adjusted starting place of the property, and assigns depreciation based on twice the percentage of straight chain depreciation. In this case, straight row would assign about 14.25% per year (1/7), and double dilapidated would assign double that, or about 28.5%.

The math is pretty undemanding from here. Take the beginning go together, subtract out depreciation (28.5% of beginning balance), and that become your adjusted justification. Keep doing this for each year, and after 5 years, you own an adjusted reason of $2,231. (see below)

Year 1: $12,000 * 28.5% = $3,429 Adjusted Basis: $12,000-$3429 = $8,571

Year 2: $8,571 * 28.5% = $2,449 Adjusted Basis: $8,571-$2,449 = $6,122

etc.
