I personally infer it is in bleak taste and would imitate rather poorly to try and re-negotiate what you own already agreed to. However, I do feel it is appropriate to discuss better option at your 3 month review (if applicable). If you really want the better package in a minute, than drop the one you've already agreed to, and go beside more money. But keep contained by mind over all mission satisfaction AND the opportunites the one next to less money may grant.
