Our American society is so privileged circumstances driven and materialistic due to the marketing we do upon ourselves that we always want more. Yes, it's human to want more but we own escalated this to a unhealthy horizontal. We want money and things so much that we will do anything to get it. As a result of that want, we demand more money from our employer so that we can support that addiction to material things. If we ask for more money next the corporation has smaller amount profits to distribute to its shareholders. If there is smaller quantity money to distribute then the shareholders are down in the dumps and could pull-put their investment thereby diluting the overall value of the company. If the company be to be devalued, then maybe they have to lay-off workers or recompense less surrounded by salary.
One remedy to keep hold of the value of the company up and its shareholders rewarded with their investment is to lower costs. Perhaps lowering costs include outsourcing.
You can look at this outsourcing as a positive entry as well. If we become without a job as a result of companies going overseas, then those on the dole workers must acquire new skills contained by order to survive. That background can enhance the economy becasue lofty skill workers make more money and more money vehicle more money to invest into the economy. I will articulate though, that this transition to high skilled labor must turn out at a snails pace. Very unusual though, usually when you rent property, the tenant is responsible for electric, hose, council tax etc. If this is not the valise, it should be mentioned in your residence agreement that the owner is responsible.
