Well, it said there be an availability when I checked, but when I looked at the confirmation page it said Friday and Saturday 13 and 14th in July. When I call the front desk they said that when there's no availability, it automatically pushes the reservation to the next month. She spoke to the dark manager, and they agreed to furnish me a refund, previously they realized nearby was a 3rd carnival that I have to contact. I compensated in full for a reduced rate, which stated no refund or changes to the reservation. Well, they made a metamorphosis without my consent, and I don't know how to gain a refund presently. The 3rd party is this place call Net Direct, which is the option I chose to earnings in full for the cheaper rate. How can I return with a refund? My reservation be cancelled, and I tried contacting Chase: Visa (used Debit Card), and they told me the charge was still near-term, which means I can't dispute it...
