No, unfortunately they do not freeze the funds. I own been surrounded by the same position. Ebay is pretty suitable at resolving claims but I have have to really fight a couple of times. I even have to file e-mail fraud charges. Eventually I got my money though. For starters, I would NEVER treaty with anyone outside of the country for any of my utilities or mortgage bill! For days gone by few months I have be receiving emails from the British stating they own a check for me. I have never contacted these general public, nor do I know who they are. What I do know is it is a scam (fraud) so they can make money. If I be you I would switch companies as soon as possible! Deal with a local or capably known company.
I would turn back and check if they received your end payment. Sometimes the clearance is not posted when the new bill comes out. You want to reduce your spending or increase your income and collect the difference. You spending already seems pretty low (I niggardly you could cut down on the toys a bit, but sounds like you are not spending that much even beside this) so I'd look to increasing income. Maybe get a 2nd post or one paying more, and save the extra contained by a bank reason. Thats really just teh first step, investing the money (once you enjoy some) is the other part, but let go money and invest it well and beside compound interest you'll probably get near eventually. Note that being a successful entrepeneur would also be great (ie running your own business) but thats an advanced step and not really required.

Has anyone else have great difficulty next to Sears Service and them holding up to the contracts?

We have have nothing but trouble getting Sears to come out on a Service ring up. We have Extended Service Contracts beside them and they make us keep on 2 to 3 weeks to come out to repair our washer or do maintenance service on our nouns conditioning! Many times they never show up and when we call-several times- they say the tech is back up .Finally afterr 4 or 5 calls they give an account us it was canceled as they have no tech available. Recently our washer needed major repair to the tune $500 contained by parts and labor. They didn't show up 3 times and when they did they fixed it.
