Just required to know whether anyone else has gone through this process back - if so, how long does it take to draw from your money back? And how plausible is it that your money would be refunded?

I placed a complaint to Paypal once for a CD that be never delivered and I received no response from the vendor. I took a while for a decent response from them, but they inferior to retrieve the money as the seller have already claimed the funds I had given (his Paypal explanation was empty) They said the bag would be left initiate for 3 months and further action would be taken. Nothing happen as the seller closed his justification. If the seller is an Ebay regular it may be worth while placing complaints on both Ebay and Paypal.
