So many times I've be asked to "Wait a minute, please." while a customer service person speaks to someone on the phone. Isn't MY time (since I'm standing right there) more central than the caller's, who will surely call spinal column??

Let say my common rate is lb7/hr and my holiday rate is lb7/hr.

As far as the holiday pay go by the average of whatever you craft. So if you are paid commission average it out by the week or bi week however u are salaried. If you are paid hourly later it will go by that. If you do both what it is aphorism above is it will payout the higher of the two which is right
