I have be trying to sell an item online for awhile. FINALLY someone emailed me and said they saw my poster on a website and want to by the product. He says hes contained by a hurry to get it so he sends over a cashiers check and I put it into my description and it cleard and everything. The day after i sent money to the shipper for the product which be suppose to be picked up friday he emails me and says he wishes to cancel the transaction and for me to return the money to him. I'm sure in that are some legality issues here. As a consumer he does hold certain rights, and if he chooses to, he could run you to court over this issue.
Has the product already been shipped to him? If so, inform him that as soon as he ships the product wager on to you, you will gladly discount his money.
If you do that, you have covered yourself and should be ok, even if he decide to make it a permitted issue.
