First, speak to your director for any direction she has. She can dispense you tips and suggestions that someone else (not a Director) can give you. You don't want to alarm her away or better yet, voice the wrong things. Always stay up-beat and positive, anything else will deter her.
An unsupportive husband isn't good. If he think anything negative roughly Mary Kay, chances are he would anyway if it be something else. However, I do know women who had unsupportive husbands within the beginning but when they see how much they were taking home...they started affection it! Then as time went by, husbands and household members be saying "Don't you own somewhere you need to be?" They close to the money too so it won't take long for him to budge from unsupportive to SUPPORTIVE!

When I buy postage online and select the mailing date, is it the date I physically drop it past its sell-by date at the "bin" or the date the post office processes it?
In other words, if I be to go and communication something today, the post office would not process it until tomorrow (because they are currently closed for the night). So when I buy postage, do I put today's or tomorrow's date?

1. Move the qualification summary to the top of the page. I don't understand the closing sentence, but it should read something like this:

Proven achiever beside a great work ethic and drive to succeed in the construction industry. Previous conditions includes shop fabrication, transference.etc.
2. Employment History:
Target (city and state) (then add date worked)

Then describe the job, not the explanation for leaving. You can put the source in the employment application, but not as a description.
You may also need a cover note, but that would be a different question. Your Qualifications Summary in actual fact seems approaching the beginning of a cover communication rather than the intro to the actual resume.
Pay and benefits will usually come up at the second interview, don't bring it up first. Ask lots of question!

I would suggest listing tasks that you perform at your former jobs. Customer service, currency handling, problem solving, etc. This shows that you actually took something from the work other than newly being a source of income. I would also index skills you posses that may or may not have be used at your old job. Adapts well to different work environments, detail orient, motivated.trustworthy, etc. I would drop the last paragraph.
In an interview you are usually asked if you own any questions.ALWAYS ask a request for information! This would be a perfect time to ask in the region of benefits! I wouldn't ask about reward at least until at tiniest the second interview. But I would wait until they bring up reward first!
