He was axiom to me that Did you called me for oblige or to argue with me? This is really disgusting. I didn't call them for help I call them for the blunder they did. How can he say "help"? i wouldn't bother. you get your money back and it seem to me you weren't put into financial distress (checks bouncing, collections, eviction notice, etc.) I would stop the account and way of walking away. that's what i did when they did the same piece to me. i had the ATM acceptance and a copy of the cashed check from my employer but they told me they had 30 days to rectify the problem. as you would expect they waited until the ending day and within the meantime i was sent to collections, i be served an eviction notice, i have a multitude of bounced checks as well as the bounced checking fees that kept accruning from repeatedly individual redeposited into my account. BofA SUCKS! i closed my description and left those aholes! thankfulness for the vent session :)
