Finance & Business Question and Answers

What is the advantages and disadvantages between not long incorporation and control the existing Company?

Question:

Answers:
Incorporating a new company will scrounging creating a seperate legal entity from the existing company. The most significant article about a trial seperate entity is that you don't take over the assets and liability of the old company. This can be correct and bad.

This is well brought-up because the new company does not pilfer over existing debts of the old company. This scheme that creditors of the old company cannot be in motion after the new company.

This is also obedient because the new company, mortal a seperate legal entity from the out-of-date one, cannot be held accountable for liability of the old company. So if individual X is suing the old company for money, and you set up a topical company to buy over the old company, human being X cannot in turn sue the unmarked company for what the old company owes him.

Yet the hijack option is preferable contained by certain circumstances because if you create a seperate lawful entity, then the fresh company cannot take over the benefits of existing contracts the outmoded company may have near a 3rd party. So assuming the ripened company has a lucrative sale and marketing agreement with Microsoft, your just now incorporated company cannot take over this contract strait away, you'll hold to redraft the agreement and Microsoft will own to sign it again. And the time and expenses in drafting these agreements (esp if near are many various outstanding contracts) are a huge disincentive to setting up a new company.

Another function is the brand name of the existing company. It is unlikely that anyone who buys over IBM computer will switch the name totally to an unknown brand right? The company given name may have merit too, and many relations for this reason prefer to simply commandeering the old company.

Hope this help!

Other Answers:
Main disadvantage of taking over is that the existing company can have mysterious liabilities (like debts or unfulfilled contracts) so that the unmarked owners become "burdened" right after the takeover.

The prime advantage of it, contrarily, is that the existing company might already enjoy a goodwill ("fame/trustworthiness" in the business) and clientele.

cubic foot to kilograms?

Question:pls advise us how masses cubic feet = 1 kilograms

Answers:
This is easier than you contemplate so long as you use a relative measurement that allows you to verbs across from one to another (think of it as changing trains at a station within between the two stations you want to travel between).

Fortunately, when both units be standardised there be a common part in standard use at the time which was the German Pfennig.

1 Pfennig=1.34 kilograms
1 cubic foot = 3.76 Pfennig

So, by simple maths, 1 cubic foot= 3.76/1.34 kilograms= 2.8059 kilograms.

Or invert to go and get 1 kilogram = 0.35638 cubic feet.

The above information will have be used pre-1920. In 1920 the Treaty of Versailles rationilised the metric and older imperial unit and standardise the cubic foot to be defined as 2.8 kilograms, now agreed as the metric cubic foot, or cubic footte, mcf for short. Although America and some other countries belonging to the British Empire continue to use the elder ratios, this is solely 0.2% different and in most cases insignificant.

1mcf=2.8kg
1kg=0.357mcf

It depends on the state. The federal rate is 5.15, but each state can be paid it higher. The full inventory is here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_U.S._state_minimum_wages

Other Answers:
$6.15
I believe it's $5.15 per hour.
Here in Kansas (or Wichita) its 5.15 but I don't know of any place that if truth be told pays that little. One video rental place I applied at once told that their starting wage was that but I didn't capture the job (thank Gods).
I come up with it's 5.35 but if your under 18 they can rightfully pay you 4.30 for the 90 days .
Source(s):
Read it within a magazine
$5.15 is the national minimum and it varies by state. Here within Maine it is $6.75 an hour and will be $7.00 an hour next year.

Is here a website where on earth I could apply to be a mystery shopper, for free?

Question:Completely for free. I don't trust having to convey 19.95 to some random address! I read an article a long time ago contained by a local publication that there are some legit employer of that sort of business, and there is some website next to job listings that doesn't charge. Have any of you done mystery shopping, really? And enjoy any of you been ripped rotten by some "mystery" employer? If this question doesn't hold a positive answer, what are some actual jobs I could do surrounded by my rarer free time to make a bit extra money? My job hours are terrifically part-time where on earth I work, and I am afraid of mounting expenses.

Answers:
Go to http://www.mom-mom.com for a huge list of mystery shopping companies. I don't believe any of them charge (it's not my list).

One other concern you may hold is that most companies will want your social security number when you apply, newly as with other job. If you feel humiliated giving it, I always recommend padding that part surrounded by with zero and adding a comment that you will dispense your SSN on being hired.

Other Answers:
When you find out please agree to me know

I have a few friends that got ripped sour and never got remunerated, and then I know someone that got a few legit job, the only problem be she had to spend her own money somewhere they sent her,one was jiffy lube to enjoy the oil changed and the other one be to an exercise gymn, then she have to fill out the report sheet they give her, and I think it took her a month to find paid from the company, she might own made ten dollars extra, after her expenses. There are TONS of websites where you can apply for free. I've be doing mystery shopping for a little over a year in a minute, and enjoy it as a system to try new restaurants and bring back my oil changed.

I took a community tuition class on it last year, and knowledgeable that it can be a legitimate activity. (I've never NOT been rewarded by a company for my services; and have done nearly 75 shops.) I have become more choosy more or less the assignments I take, because I touch that some simply don't pay adequate to be worth my time. I like restaurant dining and grease changes the best because they're things I'm already paying for. The woman who qualified the class I took makes a full-time living doing mystery shopping, but we're surrounded by a fairly small metropolitan nouns, so it's not something that's going to pay the bills for most folks. In large cities, it might be profusely easier, though.

You can mystery shop pretty much anything! I've done gas stations, movie theaters, retail stores, an eye doctor, a Harley dealership, and lots of other things.

Check out the link below - it's the Mystery Shopping Providers Association website. They're big-hearted of like the Better Business Bureau for mystery shoppers, and they do "certification" of shoppers so you hold some training and background. There is a register of websites where you can sign up, and they're adjectives legitimate, because they've be approved by the MSPA.

The second website (not mine, by the way) has a considerable list of websites where on earth you can sign up. I've gotten several of my leads from here.

Not every mystery shopping company will have job in your nouns. I've signed up for several companies and not gotten any e-mails from them.

My husband would approaching to amount out how to acquire a admit for a small business, anyone own any design?

Question:There is a business in our town that the owner is dying, my husband works nearby, but we don't have the money to buy the place. We own heard that nearby are government loans out in that that can help, does anyone know?

Answers:
You can try to grasp a small business loan. Here are the basic requirements for getting financing from the Small Business Administration http://www.sba.gov/financing/preparation/requirements.html

It is tough to find grants to start a business. Unlike the myths that some see, federal government and even private foundations only just give allow money for a for-profit business. And yes, grants show PAPERWORK - lots and lots of it, that is why a cottage industry of admit writers was born.

Nonetheless, you can stir to the Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) http://www.cfda.gov and Grants.gov http://www.grants.gov - these are two sites created by the federal governing body to provide transparency and information on grants. Browse through the listings and see if you can find any give in that would support a for-profit venture.

Even if you buy books on "how to take grants" or list that supposedly have information on grants -- adjectives of them are mere rehash of what CFDA has, albeit package differently. But still the info is the same - only just any grants for starting a for profit business.

Even SBA does NOT offer out grants. From the SBA website http://www.sba.gov/expanding/grants.html...

"The U.S. Small Business Administration does not contribute grants to start or expand small businesses, although it does donate a wide mixture of loan programs. (See http://www.sba.gov/financing for more information) While SBA does offer some forfeit programs, these are generally designed to expand and enhance organization that provide small business management, methodical, or financial assistance. These grants across the world support non-profit organizations, intermediary lend institutions, and state and local governments."

Here is a address list of federal grants for small businesses. See if within is any available for individuals for starting a business -- THERE'S NONE.
http://12.46.245.173/pls/portal30/CATALOG.BROWSE_BENEF_RPT.show

Most of the federal grants are given to specific target groups near specific requirements (e.g. minority business owners involved in transportation related contracts emanate from DOT - Grant#20.905 Disadvantaged Business Enterprises Short Term Lending Program

Grants are also often given to non profit groups or organization involved in training or other similar actions (grant 59.043 Women's Business Ownership Assistance that are given to those who will create women's business center that will train women entrepreneurs

For private grants, you may want to check the Foundation Center's Foundation Grants for Individuals Online. It's a subscription base website ($9.95 per month) but their opening blurb merely says that the database is just the thing for "students, artists, academic researchers, libraries and financial aid office." Entrepreneurs are apparently not one of them, so I take it they also don't hold listings of private foundations who give grant to would-be entrepreneurs.
