It doesn't event why you are sellling, timeshares are difficult if not impossible to deal in. You will need to steal probably 20% of what you paid for it providing it is compensated off. With the responsiblity of providing for a child, I would be fundamentally hesitant to depart the current job near no alternative job contained by hand. I also would be greatly hesitant to start up a business since as you already know they appropriate a lot of time to build and start making a profit, and you also own to dedicate profusely of time to the new business and would not be capable of focus on taking care of your child.
