I'm going to start a small business that basiclly taking orders form the customer and later manufactory outside the country. And it will take some time to finish the do business. So I need to compose a contract to insure both side of the business will quality safe and comfortable. The problem is how to compose a contract, Anybody know a book that I can refer to? I appreciate!

A contract is nil more than written evidence of an agreement. Any business law textbook can update you what the elements of a contract are, but they are mostly just adjectives sense.
The best tip I can give you is to create sure the contract addresses not with the sole purpose your agreement, but also what happens if one of you breaches the agreement. To do this, it help to define what constitutes a breach. This can be trickier and touchier than it sounds. No product is model in respectively example, but if you are making something like screw, and the screws are supposed to be exactly 3/8 of an inch within diameter, how much variance is allowed on each side of that size since the product is not acceptable? If you are selling 100 foot ropes, is 101 foot OK or ...? If you are selling blue tile, whose definition of blue, or what example, define an acceptable standard and what measureable deviation from that standard is disappointing.
If you cannot deliver, what is your penalty for taking up the customers time and ruining his planning? If they go wrong to take confinement, what is their penalty for taking up your time and ruining their planning? You may chew over it is automatically limited to deposits and the loss of this contract, but what if either of you base your entire Christmas season profits on completion of this deal -- is loss of income address?
If you don't spell this type of stuff out in a contract, courts could call a halt up making such decisions -- and if you own a lot of holes surrounded by the contract that leave such issues unaddressed, the courts may agree on that there be never a meeting of the minds (a contract) at adjectives and attempt to undo the contract by restoring you respectively to as close as possible to your starting conditions.
Use some common sense surrounded by preparing your contract. You did not give us any belief of what you are selling or how much it is worth. People will very terrifically rarely sue for a $100 business deal. They will sue quickly for $100,000. In other words, the more your shipments are worth, the more definitive (protective) your contracts should be. G00GLE a site call " 'Lectric Law Library." I've been writing contracts for the end five years, much of it based on the research done on that site and several others.
They don't nick themselves very seriously, but they do contribute lots of help on adjectives kinds of trial questions. They also hold a huge library of sample contracts you can use to bottom your particular requests on. Remember, these are VERY generic in quality, so you will have to do some secondary research, on your own, to make sure your copy fits within the framework of you own state's law.
Also, much of my research has indicated that the courts, when adjudicate contract conflicts, are showing more of a tendency to favor "plain language" formats. A very well written contract is just as binding, even but for drawn out in "legalese."

It is one of the oldest and most adjectives cons on the net. If not a soul can convince you otherwise, send him an e-mail requesting that he manipulate the transfer via money command or cashier's check. I wouldn't bother -- especially since any response may encourage extramural spam scams.
Expect other similar mail from prices, ministers of this or that, and from the widows of this or that minister or president or king or prince -- not to mention the sons and daughters of such titles. I get some variability of this scam in my spam at least possible every couple of months.

When I asked for a phone number to call them backbone to verify the information they gave me the number of 559-709-3564 which seem to be a cellular phone. How do I go roughly speaking reporting this and finding out who actually call?
