This Monday when I wanted to use my Orange sim card , I could not find it, so I without hesitation called customer service to block it, but the advisor told me that they already excluded my service because someone had used my sim card to call upon internationally directly and the outstanding balance of my details was over 1600 pounds already. I be really shocked about this, I really cannot believe this. Oh, my god, over 1600 pounds, how can I earnings for this huge bill?? I told the Orange that I did not make these call, but Orange said all the call upon charges before I reported will be liable on me which mechanism I have to recompense whatever because on the lingo and conditions said so. I insisted that I cannot afford this and I will never pay these for anything I did not make, why should I? It is my human right. Orange immediately will pass my covering to the collection department now, even though I cannot remuneration. It is really unfair to me. What should I do in a minute? Will this affects my visa because I am an internatinal student ?

What is your human right? Not to pay for something that you are justifiably liable for? That isnt right and Im afraid they are correct in what they are saw. Until you report your phone stolen you are liable for all call made - similar to if you dont report a credit card stolen you are liable.
I know it seems excessive but someone has to earnings, its your phone and unless you can find the person who made the call you will have to remuneration for it.
