"solde de tout compte" is french.. so the document would have no legalized validtity in the UK. assumign you are within the UK, and working in the UK, after you must be given a P45 on leaving, this is to be given to your subsequent employer.
The employer should alos give a clear statement of what is the final clearing.. IE idnetfying what amount they are paying you.
If they have bungled to do that then budge to Citizens Advice.
