Do NOT use Western Union for E-bay acutions. This is a classic scam. Your $ is gone and the wholesaler can abscond easily near no trace. If the seller refuse to take Paypal, they most feasible are a scammer.
That said, the recipient of a Western Union line transfer will not see the credit card info of the sender.
beware of buying item on ebay beside western union...lot of scam out there... but the soul who would receive the money would have your full mark on the receipt and NO they wont see your card details...
