They aren't doing anything illicit - why do you think that you can report them to someone? They are justifiably required to pay you at least possible minimum wage, and it sounds like they are doing that.
If they aren't paying at lowest minimum wage, then you could report them to the department of labor. But if you are getting minimum and freshly not getting the bonus, you have no legalized issue to complain about.
If you have a feeling you are being cheated or treated irrationally, then find a different chore.
